Mangaluru: Father Muller Homeopathy Medical College observes Doctors Day

Mangaluru, 06 Jul 2017: The state-run hospitals need to offer all types of medical treatment that would benefit all patients, said district Wenlock Hospital medical officer Dr Rajeshwari Devi.

 

Dr Rajeshwari was speaking during Doctors Day celebration that was held at Father Muller Homeopathy Medical College, Deralakatte, here, on Monday, July 4.

 

 

The people lack knowledge about ayurveda, homeopathy and alopathy treatments. Meanwhile, the doctors can clear their doubts in this regard. Homeopathy treatment is also recognized worldover, while the state-run hospitals had to introduce ayurveda like AYUSH department and homeopathy, said Dr Rajeshwari.

 

Father Muller Homeopathy Hospital director Fr Richard Coelho presided the programme and garlanded the portrait of Father Muller Charitable Institutions founder Father Muller.

 

Father Muller Homeopathy Medical College principal Dr K Shivaprasad was present.

 

Fr Sylvester welcomed the gathering. Dr Anjali Manail and Dr Shruti Nair compered the programme. The administrator Fr Vincent Saldanha proposed vote of thanks.
