Mumbai: Kannadiga Entrepreneur/social activist Shiva Mudigere gets Doctorate from Kings University,

Mumbai, 12 Dec 2015: The entrepreneur and well known social activist Shiva Mudigere was conferred doctorate by Kings University of United State of America during the Entrepreneurial Graduation Day celebrations jointly organized by Kingston University and SAMS Trust at Hotel Mourya, Gandhi Nagar, Bengaluru, recently.

 

 

Kinston University chancellor Dr Selvamoni Selvin Kumar presented the doctorate to Shiva Mudigere, in the presence of national convention convener Hemalata Sugavanam.

 

Kizanoor Rajendra, Nawab Sir Nazaf Ali Khan Hyderabad, Dr S M Prakasam Bengaluru, S Ramakrishnan Chennai, Dr N S Somashekar, Varadarajan Sapootoor were the chief guests of the occasion.

 

Shiva is a self-made man who excelled in business, although he had lost his father when he was a toddler at his native village in Mudigere taluk of Chikmagaluru district, Karnataka. He was a voice of oppressed and helped many to get justice from concerned authorities. He is the crusader of orphaned dead bodies to give a decent burial with human dignity. He is settled in Navi Mumbai with his wife and two children.
