Udupi: National Day for Disaster Reduction and Rally

Udupi, 28 November 2010: National Day for Disaster Reduction and Rally was conducted at T. A. Pai English Medium School, Kunjibettu Udupi on Saturday 27 November 2010. This drill and rally was jointly organized and conducted by Home Guards Udupi, Citizen Protection, Fire Brigade, Emergency Services, Indian Scouts & Guides and Academy of General Education Manipal.

 

 

The program on National day for disaster reduction was inaugurated by Karnataka State Education Minister Dr. V. S. Acharya by lighting the lamp in memory of Mumbai 26/11. In the rally, the Students of Kadiyali School and T.A.Pai English Medium School participated. Home guards conducted mock drill.
