Daijiworld Decennial Celebrations to Continue with Miss Daijiworld Contest

Mangalore, 14 November 2010: As part of the year-long celebrations to mark the 10th year of its distinguished presence in the media world, daijiworld.com announces an exciting and spirited photogenic “Miss Daijiworld-2010” contest for the young, beautiful, vivacious and dynamic unmarried Indian girls aged between 16 and 28. This is an excellent opportunity for go-getting young girls to exhibit their beauty and talent.

 

 

The contest is open to all Indian girls irrespective of language, religion, region, caste or creed. The winner will pocket cash prize of Rs 50,000 and the runner-up will walk away with a cash purse of Rs 25,000, in addition to the direct ticket to worldwide name and fame.

 

The winners will be crowned at the grand decennial celebrations to be held in Mumbai on January 14, 2011. Abu Dhabi based organization ’Hyssna’ has come forward to sponsor the event which will be officially called ’Hyssna Miss Daijiworld - 2010’. A panel of jury will decide on the winners in the month of December 2010. Ten contestants will be shortlisted and their photographs will be published online to enable the public to choose through public voting. Both public voting as well as the jury’s say will have an equal share in deciding the winner.

 

It may be noted that the judges will give their decision in a sealed envelope BEFORE the public voting so that public voting will not influence the final results.
