Donation of Science Computer Lab to Shirva Hindu School

Mumbai, (RBI) Aug. 27: Now the definition of poverty has changed in the country, there is no more problem for belly cloth. But those who do not get quality education here are the poor of today’s Mumbai Bantar Sangh S. M. Shetty College Principal Dr Sridhara Shetty said.
Harish Shetty, Retired Senior Executive Vice President of HDFC Bank and Associate Professor of K.J.Somaiah Medical College, Mumbai Vidyavihar. Dr Vidya Shetty and her late son Rohit H. Shetty was speaking at the inauguration of a science and computer lab donated to Smarnartha Shirva Hindu Senior Primary School.
S. Nityananda Hegde, Chairman of the School Educational Committee, who presided, spoke in the introduction, Harish Shetty and Prof. Dr. Vidya Shetty, who contributed science and computer lab to this school, which has seen a century, were honored. Adoption of poor children to keep and about 50 lakhs of Rs. We aim to establish a permanent fund. He said that we all have the responsibility to build the future of 150 poor children who are getting education here.
On this occasion, a couple was felicitated for their invaluable contribution to the school. School Education Committee was launched. Donor provided school ID card for school students was distributed.
V. Subbaiah Hegde, Secretary of Shirva Vidyavardhak Sangh, wished him well. Secretary of Old Students’ Association Sripathi Kamath, President of Teachers’ Protection Association Kiran were present.
Administrator of Shirva Vidyawardaka Sangh Prof Y. Bhaskar Shetty welcomed. Principal teacher Shalini Shetty gave the vote of thanks. Supritha Shetty, teacher of Hindu Pre-Graduate College, presented the programme.
