Govt First Grade College, Car Street observes World Yoga Day

Mangaluru, 22 Jun 2022: Dr P Dayanand Pai – P Satish Pai Government First Grade College, Car Street, here observed International Yoga Day in collaboration with youth Red Cross, Rangers-Rovers, sports wing and Delampady Yoga Pratistan, on Tuesday June 21.

 

The College principal Dr Jayakar Bhandary presided the programme.

 

 

Yogaratna Gopalakrishna Delampandy was the resource person who demonstrated the Yoga postures that would help the students to improve their concentration and total wellbeing.

 

Youth Red Cross, NSS, Rangers-Rovers, sports wing directors were present.

 

The student Deepti compered the programme. Sushmita R welcomed the gathering. Bhagyalaxmi proposed vote of thanks.
