Mangaluru: Linguist enmity unjustified in regions around state boundary – Ratnakar Shetty

Mangaluru, 06 Feb 2022: At the joint aegis of Karnataka border area development Board and Manjunat Education Trust®, Mangaluru, valedictory function was held at Sankolige auditorium, Talapady, near here recently.
It was presided by Mumbai BJP legal cell chairman advocate Morla Ratnakar Shetty.
Speaking on the occasion, Ratnakar said, ‘The language ought to be reciprocate and for any reason cause enmity. It is helpful in identifying the boundary but illogical in dividing the linguist communities,’ said Ratnakar.
Mangaluru north ACP S Mahesh Kumar, Barke sub-inspector Jyotirlinga Honakatte, Omega Hospital administrator S L Bharadwaj, Karnataka HC lawyer Raghunat were present.
Mangaluru taluk Kannada Sahitya Parishat president Dr Manjunat Revankar conferred honorary awards to Gopal Shetty Aribail, Ramanna Mugrody, Mohammed Asgar Mudipu, Shivaram Kosargod, engineer B Hemant Kumar and A Siddiq Talapady.
The renowned folk singer Go Na Swamy and Trust managing trustee K P Manjunat Sagar were also present.
