Mangaluru: Union Bank of India donates Clinic built @ Rs 2.25 lac to Bhagini Samaj

Mangaluru, 30 Jan 2021: Union Bank of India promoted Economic Development Foundation donated Rs 2.25 lac to Bhagini Samaj, an orphanage for destitute girls and women, located near Jeppu Market, here on January 27. It was utilized to build a clinic at the orphanage.

 

Union Bank of India Mangaluru regional office chief manager Jagannat Shetty, Bhagini Samaj chairperson Vijayalaxmi U Bhat and trustees, inmates were present.

 

Speaking after inaugurating the clinic, Jagannat Shetty briefed about state benefits for the students and also education loans.  He urged them to make best use of the financial facilities to brighten up their future.
