Mumbai, 28 Feb: The sports meet of professionals fosters comradeship and motivates to excel in both spheres of life, said Bharat Co-operative Bank (Mumbai) Limited managing director and CEO C R Mulky.
C R Mulky was speaking after inaugurating annual sport meet of Bharat Bank Staff Welfare Club at Takur Cricket Stadium, Takur village, Kandivali (East), here on Friday, February 21.
Bharat Bank Staff Welfare Club president Vidyanand S Karkera, Bharat Co-op Bank joint managing director Dinesh B Salian, deputy general manager Prabhakar G Suvarna, retired top officers Shobha D Poojary, Suresh S Salian and Naveen Chandra S Bangera were present at the dais.
Speaking on the occasion, Vidyanand Karkera said, ‘The sports meet enhances efficiency at work front and relieves work pressure. It also improves mental and physical health for jest of life.
The Club treasurer Sourab Agarwal, joint secretary Deepak Prabhu, joint treasurer Nisha Kellaputtige, internal auditor Moksha Kunder, Bharat Bank Officers Association president Dinesh Poojary, secretary Premanand Poojary, former president Kiran B Amin and others were also present.
Bharat Bank deputy general manager Mahesh B Kotian compered the programme. Tejas Selevaria, Ruchita Baroot and Sudarshan Pawar conducted the matches. The Welfare Club general secretary Revati Poojary proposed vote of thanks.
Cricket tournament for men and women; throw ball tournament for women, fun games for children were held. Seven women teams and 6 men’s have participated in their respective matches. Six women team participated in throw ball tournament.
