Puttur: St Philomena College to hold Ecozenith 2020, Economics Fest on Feb 20

Puttur, 18 Feb: The Post Graduate Department of Economics of St Philomena College, here will be organizing an inter-collegiate Economics Fest, Ecozenith 2020 at PG Seminar Hall, on Thursday, February 20.


The campus director and chairperson of Centre for PG Studies of the College Fr Dr Antony Prakash Monteiro will inaugurate the programme.


The principal Prof Leo Noronha will preside.



The valedictory programme will be held on Thursday evening.


Ecozenith 2020 consists of 6 events, that is T-Shirt Painting on the theme ‘Save Environment’, Elocution on the topic, Union Budget and India in 2020, Quiz, Mock Press, Model Presentation on the topic ‘Green City–Clean City’ and Eco-Fashion Show. The students of Bachelor of Arts studying Economics as one of the subjects are invited to participate in this fest.


The coordinator of the Department Dinakara Rao, the staff convener Pradeep K S and the student union president Amrutha will coordinate.
