Udupi: Body of missing girl found in well near house

Udupi, 12 Oct: In a shocking incident, a girl who was missing from Wedensday, was found dead in the well of her own house at Herady village in Brahmavar on October 11, Friday.

 

The deceased is identified as Rakshitha (19), a B Com student from Barkur Rukmini Shedty College.

 

 

Sources said that Rakshitha went missing from her residence on Wednesday, October 9. Her body was found in the well of her own house at Herady village in Brahmavar. She was suffering from an illness and was under treatment.

 

A death note retrieved from her bag said she did not want to live anymore because of illness had decided to end life. She is survived by her mother and a sister.

 

Brahmavar police have registered the case.
