Udupi, 20 Dec: The parents instill life values and the teachers impart knowledge to the students. Meanwhile, if the parents discharge their duties fully towards their children, in collaboration with teachers; we will have responsible future generation who could respect their parents, elders and society, said Mangaluru International Airport police PRO Gopalakrishna Kunder Bajpe.
Gopalakrishna was speaking during annual day celebration of Narayana Guru Group of education institutions at Padubelle, near here on Tuesday, December 18. Narayana Guru Group of education institutions are governed by Billawar Association Mumbai®.
Billawar Association Mumbai president Chandrashekar S Poojary presided the programme.
Bharat Co-operative Bank (Mumbai) Limited chairman and Rashtriya Billawa Maha Mandala president Jaya C Suvarna inaugurated the programme.
Billawar Association Mumbai – youth wing president Nagesh N Kotian, Katpady Sunder Poojary, S K Salian Belman, Ramachandra Kidiyoor (Harsha), Suryaprakash K (Harsha), Revati Sanil, Geeta Wagle, Jayakumar Udupi, Sudhakar Poojary and others were present.
Karkala taluk Ka Sa Pa president Prabhakar Shetty Kondalli released, Vanasuma, handwritten bulletin of Kannada medium school and Tulu Sangha – Ankleshwar vice president young entrepreneur Harish Poojary Gujarat released, Vision, handwritten bulletin of English medium school.
Padubelle entrepreneur Ramachandra Nayak hoisted the school flag.
Fr Paul Rego, parish priest of Holy Cross parish, Pamboor, near here was present.
The students rendered the prayer song. The schools administrator Jinaraj C Salian welcomed the gathering. Dhananjay Shanti delivered the preliminary address. Shivaji Suvarna Belle proposed vote of thanks. Suresh Nayak compered the programme.
The students presented variety cultural events after the stage programme.
