Udupi/M’Belle: Motivational and Personality Development Camp held in St. Lawrence PU College

Udupi/M’Belle, 19 Jun 2018: The National Service Scheme (NSS) Unit of St. Lawrence PU College, Moodubelle organized one daylong Motivational and Personality Development Camp for the students on Tuesday, 19 June 2018.

 

The inaugural function was presided over by Navin Correa-Principal of St. Lawrence PU College. Dr. P. Krishnamoorthy-Principal of SDM College, Ujire was the resource person. Mario Mathias-Manager of Syndicate Bank, Moodubelle was the guest of honor. Besides these, Miss Shruthi K-NSS Programme Officer and Sudeep Dhondye-NSS Unit leader were on the dais.

 

Following the prayer song by the students and welcome by Miss Shruthi K, Mario Mathias along with the dignitaries on the dais formally inaugurated the one day long camp by lighting the lamp.

 

 

In his message, Mario Mathias highlighted the need of social service for the growth of an individual, society and nation.

 

Principal Dr. P. Krishnamoorthy in his address expressed happiness that he was invited to conduct the daylong camp for the NSS students of the Junior College.

 

Principal Navin Correa in his presidential speech said that Principal P. Krishnammorthy has been a resource person at many workshops and camps conducted in different parts of Karnataka, Kerala and Maharashtra for various groups of people.

 

Sudeep Dhondye proposed the vote of thanks and Niveditha Rebello compeered the programme.
