Mumbai: 5th Edition of Trends Excellence Awards for Architecture & Design conferred

Mumbai, 23 Mar 2018: The 5th edition of the Trends Excellence Awards for Architecture and Design presented by Hafele and Home and Design Trends from Worldwide Media group, honoured best practices, innovation and creativity in architecture and design projects. India’s most sought-after design awards were hosted on day one of Luxury Design Exhibition D/code by Home and Design Trends at Aer, Worli. Fortifying its virtue of acknowledging creativity, it presented the winners with India’s first 3D printed trophy designed by renowned designer Ayaz Basrai of The Busride Design Studio.

 

 

The awards invited entries across five main categories such as Architecture, Interior Design, Product Design, Best Practice of The Year and Visual Design with multiple sub-categories under each. Adding to the credibility of the property was an expert panel of jury comprising of Architect Krupa Zubin and Zubin Zainuddin, Designer Tejal Mathur, Space Design Consultant and Interior Designer Elsie Nanji and Architect Nuru Karim. Originality, innovation and outstanding concepts displayed in architecture and design formed the core of the judging criteria for the 3000 entries received this year of which 40 were awarded.
