Mangaluru: Sri Kshetra Kudupu set for first-ever Brahmakalashotsav of century on Feb 25

Mangaluru, 24 Feb 2018: Sri Kshetra Kudupu that was renovated at a cost of Rs 9 crore is set for first-ever Brahmakalashotav of this century on Sunday, February 25 at auspicious 6.45am.
The Vedic celebrations related to Brahmakalashotsav will be led by temple chief priest Vedamurti Narasimha Tantri, in the presence of Swami Vidyaprasanna of Subramanya mutt, Kukke, on Sunday from 6.45am to 10.30am.
Free food will be offered to hundreds and thousands of devotees who will throng the temple from 12.30pm onwards.
DK district in-charge minister Ramanath Rai, former union minister Veerappa Moily, Karnataka former CM B S Yeddyurappa, Puttur MLA Shakuntala Shetty, Karnataka Bank managing director Mahabaleshwar, Alvas Education Foundation® chairman Dr M Mohan Alva will the chief guests of stage programme scheduled to be held on Sunday evening.
The students of Alvas College will present variety cultural shows as part of entertainment programme.
Dr Sadanand Perla, director of Akashvani, Mangaluru will deliver a talk on Tulunadu culture.
