Striving for success in life what makes UPSC topper Nandini KR. I truly admire her for the momentous achievement ( 1 rank) in the recently held exam and watching her on T.V. (TV9) talking to the media, explaining the hardship, determination, sacrifices to achieve this success, is very commendable and hitherto coming from a humble background from Kolar / Karnataka what makes her a stand out from the UPSC cadre. Good luck |
