Mangaluru: Tulu movie, Gabbar Singh to hit stands shortly as it completes shooting

Mangaluru, 02 Nov 2022: The shooting for the much-awaited Tulu movie, Gabbar Singh is at the final stages that was stalled owing to Covid-19, said the movie producer Satish Poojary Barkoor.

 

The script has gone through modifications to keep abreast with the changes in the movie industry, added Satish.

 

The high-budget movie was shot in 40 days across the undivided Dakshina Kannada district with stuntman famed Ugram Shivu.

 

 

Ravi Suvarna is the cameraman, while music composed by Rahul and presented by Dolvyn and directed by Pradeep Baikady along with co-directors Pushparaj Rai and Jairaj. Madhu Suratkal is the supervisor of the crew.

 

The Tulu movie veterans Sharan Shetty, Vensita, Naveen D Padil, Arvind Bolar, Bhojaraj Vamanjoor, Girish M Shetty Kateel, Umesh Mijar, Saikrishna Kudla, Prasanna Shetty Bailoor, Ravirama Kunja, Chandrahas Shetty Mani, Veena Shetty, Shilpa Shetty, Poornima Shetty, Pavitra Shetty, Asha Shetty Shibaroor, Uday Alva, Prajwal Pandeshwar and others are cast in this movie.

 

Barkoor Satish Poojary also acted in the lead role along with production duties.

 

The lead artiste Sharan Shetty is Kambala enthusiast and also bagged an award in Kambala, buffalo’s race. He is a black belt holder in Karate and fitness freak who also learnt swimming and stunts. He had acted in a few TV serials and was chosen for his physique and Kambala racer, said Satish Poojary.
