Former MLC Ivan alleges Covid patients suffer at Wenlock Hospital without proper care

Mangaluru, 08 Sept 2020: The former MLC Ivan D’Souza led the protest organized by district Congress in front of Wenlock Hospital, here on Monday September 7, alleging the Karnataka state administration failed in curbing Covid-19 as positive cases steadily spike.

 

 

Addressing the protesters, D’Souza said that many Covid patients from neighboring districts of Dakshina Kannada are getting treatments at Wenlock Hospital that lacks healthcare infrastructure. It has not been provided adequate infrastructure to serve such a large number of Covid patients.

 

The veteran Congressmen, party activists participated in the protest.
