Udupi: Rotaract office bearers’ induction ceremony

Udupi, 14 Aug 2014: The induction of new office bearers’ was held at Poornaprajna Evening College, here on Tuesday August 12.
 
Rotaract new president Varun assumed the charge and briefed on the future plans.
 
Poornaprajna Evening College principal Dr Madhavi S Bhandary was the chief guest of the occasion.
 
Addressing the gathering, Dr Madhavi said, ‘Students should develop service attitude along with studies, while Rotaract Club gives fillip in this regard,’ said Dr Madhavi.

 

 
Rotary Club International (RCI) – Udupi president Damodar Hebbar conducted the installation ceremony.
 
Speaking on the occasion, Hebbar urged the youth to grow with Rotary to develop leadership qualities and take earnest interest in social service.
 
RCI – coastal zone president Jayaraj, RCI chairman Professor Dayanand Shetty, secretary Hariprasad were present at the dais.
 
Rotaract co-ordinator Professor Dr Ramakrishna Udupa delivered the introductory address.  Nagendra read the report. The past president Ashwin welcomed the gathering.  Meghana proposed vote of thanks.  Madhukeshwar compered the programme.
