Bantwal: WhatsApp video on Traffic cop roughing motorcyclist goes viral; SP to take action

Bantwal, 01 Nov: A viral video is going rounds on WhatsApp, wherein a motorcyclist was roughed up by a traffic cop for violating traffic rule. Its clip has been widely shared with most of the motorcyclists expressed their anguish on the act of reckless cop.

 

 

The video was believed to be shot by a passing motorcyclist at Guddeyangady near Melkar Junction, here but it has not been verified.

 

Bantwal mobile ASI was presumed involved with manhandling the motorcyclist, while SP B M Laxmiprasad instructed Bantwal ASP to investigate the incident and report at the earliest to take further action.
