Bantwal: PM Modi’s chances for second term bleak – KPCC member Shenoy

Bantwal, 16 Jan: BJP only issues tickets to extremists to contest the elections. Anant Kumar, Shobha Karandlaje, Nalin Kumar Kateel and Pratapsimha are its brands who are more interested in creating communal unrest and least bothered about the all-round development of DK district, said AICC member Amrut Shenoy.

 

Shenoy was addressing the protesters who have arrived at the Mani Junction, on Mangaluru – Bengaluru NH 75, during their second day of walkathon on Tuesday, January 15, which was staged by DK District Congress Committee (DCC), for stalling incomplete road works along Hassan – Gundya – B C Road.

 

‘PM Modi has no chance to be reelected for the second term because of its double standards. It follows different policy in the states that it rules on cow slaughter. The constitution upholds the right of its citizens to eat the food of their choice,’ said Shenoy.

 

 

BJP is looting the national wealth and destroys communal harmony. The banking is in shambles. Twenty-seven Indians already fled the country by swindling the banks. The union government is also part in it, alleged Shenoy. Modi is modern Hitler who is living lavish life, added Shenoy.

 

The former minister Ramanat Rai said, ‘The stretch of NH from Mangaluru – Hassan is a nightmare with shoddy work. Many motorists have died being mowed by ore-laden dumper trucks. The ongoing works that was executed by L&T abruptly stalled since a few days, owing to non-payment funds by union ministry of surface transport, said Rai.

 

Meanwhile, Rai questioned, What’s the contribution of DK MP of BJP in the past 30 years?. It’s zero. Its because of the efforts of Srinivas Mallya who was close associate of Jawaharlal Nehru, we have NMPT and airport in Mangaluru. The people who voted for BJP had to introspect what good has been done by PM Modi-led union government, added Rai.
