Mangaluru: Congress protests against merger of Vijaya Bank with BoB

Mangaluru, 11 Jan: Congress party staged protest in front of the office of District Congress Committee (DCC) office, here, on Thursday, January 10, against the union government’s decision to merge Vijaya Bank that was founded in Mangaluru with branches across the nation along with Dena Bank and Bank of Baroda (BoB).

 

The Congress leaders former MLA J R Lobo, MLC Ivan D’Souza and others were present.
