Udupi: NITK awards doctorate to SMVIT Assistant Prof Asha C S

Udupi, 29 Aug 2018: Asha C S, Assistant Professor in the department of electronics and communication engineering at Shri Madhwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology (SMVIT), Bantakal, near here was awarded doctorate for her thesis titled, Object Tracking in RGB and Infrared Imagery, submitted under the guidance of Dr A V Narasimhadhan, Assistant Professor of NITK.

 

 

Dr Asha hails from Beltangady in DK district. She is the wife of Laxminarasimha Shastry, deputy chief reporter of Udayavani in Kundapura.
