Udupi: Giri Balaga, Kunjarugiri grows corn to donate cow shelter at Neelavar

Udupi, 20 Feb 2018: Its noble deed to grow corn in an acre of plot every year by Giri Balaga of Kunjarugiri and donating it to cow shelter at Neelavar. It’s the duty of everyone to care for the cattle instead sell them to slaughterhouses, said Swami Sugunendra of Puttige mutt.

 

 

Swami Sugunendra was speaking after offering motion to sow the corn seeds in the farm, at Kunjarugiri, near here, on Monday, February 19.

 

Giri Balaga honorary president Govidn Bhat, Mumbai astrologer Gururaj Upadhyaya, Giri Balaga office bearers and members actively participated in sowing process.
