Big crater on Kaup Road causes worry to the people

A big crater on the road at the entrance gate to Kaup with full of muddy water has been causing problems to the pedestrians as well as drivers of small vehicles. The depth of the crater cannot be gauged as it is filled with water. There is fear that if school-going children slip while walking by the side of the crater, they might get drowned. There is also apprehension that if the crater is not filled, gradually it may become home for the mosquitoes causing health danger to the neighbouring people. In spite of the panchayat office and primary health centre being in the vicinity, it is surprising that none has taken seriously the consequences of this crater which looks like a small pond on the road.
