Gururaj was on an office visit to RCI – Manipur, near here on Sunday April 13, and was speaking during a programme held at Manipur parish auditorium.
Gururaj also felicitated Sujit Kotian Kurkal, gold medalist in M A (journalism) and lecturer of Moodubelle Pre-University College, philanthropists V G Kini and couple on the same occasion.
RCI – Manipur president Jayaram Shetty presided the programme.

The national award recipient teacher Peter Rafael Aranha Moodubelle has taken the oath as member of Rotary Club.
