Jnanaganga PU College principal U L Bhat introduced yoga in the college 2 years ago with the key objective of enabling students to practice yoga daily. ‘The secret of my being active at my age is because I do daily yoga practice,’ said Bhat.
Shobha Shetty inaugurated the mass yoga display on the occasion.
The resource person Laxman Bhandary began on-week yoga training.
The daily yoga practice benefited the students who are excelling in studies, opined Bhat.
