Mangaluru, 04 Feb 2015: The photojournalist Ahmed Anwar in collaboration with Talent Research Foundation(R), coastaldigest.com, MFriends and Team Ahlan WhatsApp Group, will hold the exhibition of black and white pictures themed Street Life, at Talent Research Foundation auditorium, located near Cochin Bakery, Kankanady, here from Saturday February 7 to Tuesday February 10.
The state health and family welfare minister U T Khader will inaugurate the exhibition here on Saturday at 10.00am.
DK district DC A B Ibrahim will preside the programme. Mangaluru Press Club president Ramakrishna R will be the chief guest of the occasion, said Talent Research Foundation president Riyaz Kannur.
Ahmed Anwar has captured several pictures of street life, while 100 numbers among them will be displayed at the exhibition. ‘Its an attempt to educate the society on the socio-economic issues of people living on street,’ said Ahmed Anwar.

He is a Mangalorean who began photography as hobby and became a photojournalist for newspapers and websites since the past 15 years. He has authored two poetries in Kannada, one limerick and 1 column that are published. He is recipient of several awards for his literary contributions.
MFriends WhatsApp Group president Rashid Vittal, media advisor Mohammed Arif Padubidri and Talent Research Foundation secretary Hameed Kannur were present at the media conference.
