I read all the comments. Can anybody explain what happened exactly??? Truly someone has done something bad but no one knows whether it is true, it probably true. One thing is sure, "there is no smoke, without fire" or "where there s smoke, there s fire. May be i am wrong.

V Lobo. Church and admim are aways honest...It is 10 people you see... it is employees and individual misguiding with personal interest! One day time is up! No more negotiations with regular habits...! People go to court...lawyer...own and opositions and try to get their side blue or pink!! At times there is no more rope and no room for fooling!! Gullible supporters which side they will take!? Truth can not be twisted!!!

It is Shocking and bad name for the Church Administration as well as our Belle School. My straight question to the why the issue of Rafael teacher is raised only during his retirement period? What were they doing so many years? Why there is no control on our Institutions? At least now consider it is a Alarm and wake up! Check what is going on our High School and PUC? This is called poor administration and absolutely no accountability. Money comes easily which is more than expected. Belleans are innocent people and lot of money has been misused because of the pooer management skills. Hope such things will not repeat and spoil our name of the institutions.

Dear Mr.V Lobo we are very anxious to know about that small reason which lead church officals can go to police station. Can you please let all readers to know about this.
V Lobo, Moodubelle Fri, August-1-2014, 10:23

First of all i am not Mr. Raphael’s student or he is not my friend. We all know he made a mistake and he did apologized in public. Only thing is, he is not protected under the religion umbrella to cover his mistake. There are so many cases in our high school and the church. Some people got away with everything without any hustle. This is big shame for all of us. This matter is gone to the court if church people would have been honest this would not have happened!

Truth , justice should be previalied in Moodubelle.

Dear Francis Lobo, I believe Indian constitution and judiciary system if you are not believing then you are knowingly supporting the culprit because you want one sided justice. But i hate those who use sympathy and misuse the judiciary system and i know culprit or culprits will definitely bare their.
Francis D Souza, Belle/Bangalore Fri, August-1-2014, 10:16
Mr Aranha, when you needed a job you begged the management to get the job.Now you have gone against the management. Our Parish Priest will not do injustice to any one. I know him very well.please do not go against the church management. you know the repercussions.
Citizen, Moodubelle Fri, August-1-2014, 3:23

Dear Leolo, people misuse the trust at times and manage to fool for several years. Sometimes they get a long rope. Some things might have been culminated several years ago...person on job need to take control when it is noticed. These are general situations faced by institutions at some stages. I am not relating it to above episode.

FRANCIS LOBO, Moodubelle Fri, August-1-2014, 12:23
Dear old student, I do not bother on the verdict and do not believe in our legal systems as there are instances our legal system penalizes the rape victim for want of witness and not the culprit. But truth is known to person who is the victim. I failed to understand why our clergy leaders and bishops are watching the fun and not trying to settle the issues amicably. This is not the first instance in our parish. Priests are protected under the umbrella of religion but poor people are victimized by the misdeeds of the priests which is the truth.

Dear stan Udupi/Dubai for a small reason church officals can go to police station then what is the harm Mr. Raphael going to the court?
Vally, Belle Thu, July-31-2014, 4:37
These charges speaks for itself.... 389. Putting person in fear of accusation of offence, in order to commit extortion. 408. Criminal breach of trust by clerk or servant 468. Forgery for purpose of cheating 499. Defamation 500. Punishment for defamation
Stan, UDUPI/Dubai Thu, July-31-2014, 12:49
Filing a case does not mean Mr Raphael is completely innocent and the opposite parties are guilty. They should not have been landed up in courts as it may spoil the reputation of school which we are proud of.
Stan, UDUPI/Dubai Thu, July-31-2014, 12:39
Its unfortunate that Mr Raphael has filed a case against a school which has given him name, fame everything. The school which produced many distinguished luminaries should not have been dragged into courts.
Philip Mudartha, Navi Mudartha Thu, July-31-2014, 12:18
Firstly, BV did the right thing in carrying the news of the press meet. This is as much a landmark event as the school centenary celebrations. Secondly, I look forward to factual news updates of court hearings. Finally, I also wish and hope that better counsels prevail and the bygones are arbitrated to settle amicably.
Loelo, Boliye Thu, July-31-2014, 10:43

Dear Citizen, Why should Fr. Joswey close his eyes towards gross irregularity and allow mismanagement. He is the supremo, what he was doing when mismanagement was taking place. he should have opened his eyes before this shameful tragedy had taken place.

Old student, Moodubelle Wed, July-30-2014, 11:45
Dear Leena, Francis Lobo, Bellean,Old stdent do not hurry now. Wait and see what will be the verdict. If on the judgement day what if the verdict goes opposite to what you thought would you still write the same comment. And do not come to a conclusion hearing rumors or one sided as you do not know what the real fact is....
Citizen, Moodubelle Wed, July-30-2014, 8:30
Loelo, do you mean to say Fr. Joswey should close his eyes towards gross irregularity and allow mismanagement? He is answerable and has responsibility to keep the house in order. Let s wait and see for the truth to come out.
Leena, Moodubelle Wed, July-30-2014, 6:51
Well done Sir. You re truly deserving justice. Hope these sections are non bailable and police make arrest of all these culprits soon. Pls keep us posted on the developments.
Loelo, Boliye Wed, July-30-2014, 6:11

Well done Sir !!.Wish You all the best. It is the utter failure of School administration to handle this issue. As per Indian legislation Mr. Raphael is having right to get justice. Jai ho . Let the truth comes out. Fr. Joswey is failed miserably as administrator in handling such situations.

Citizen, Moodubelle Tue, July-29-2014, 8:48
Most people comment on one sided. I do not think church admin will take action unless it is to much to forgive. Keeping low profile would have saved further embarssment when truth is open to public.
Victor Castelino, Boliye/Dubai Tue, July-29-2014, 12:53
It is sad that the matter has reached to such a sorry state. If justice is denied to him, he has every right to seek justice from the court. As the matter is before the court, it is prudent on our part not to criticize the parties involved either way. Let the court decide.
Concerned Old Student, Doha Tue, July-29-2014, 9:59

The news about the case filed in the court by Mr. Raphael Aranha, the retired HM of Belle Church Aided HP School, Moodubelle and the recipient of District, State and National level ’Best Teacher’ Awards against the school administration is quite shocking. First of all why Bellevision.com took such a long time to report the matter whereas other website were prompt in doing so. Secondly, the news seems to be one sided. Why Bellevision.com reporters, specially from Moodubelle have not tried to get the response from the school administration as to what were those alleged ’misdeeds’ of the ’renowned’ headmaster that led to his desperation of going to the court to file a case and also making it public calling a press conference and pouring out his problems. If the alleged ’misdeeds’ of Mr. Raphael Aranha are proved to be correct, will it not amount of defaming the school administration, especially the correspondent? As an old student of the century old school, like many other old students who would like to uphold the reputation of the school, i would like the truth to come out by thorough investigation by impartial authorities and fix the responsibilities accordingly.

Francis Lobo, Moodubelle Tue, July-29-2014, 2:02
Dear Mr.Raphael Peter Aranha, I wish good luck in your fight against all misdeeds of Church Administration which takes shelter of religion. We must fight against the misdeeds of Church authorities.
Bellean, Moodubelle/Dubai Mon, July-28-2014, 9:54

Best of luck Sir, as we know you since couple of decades now, we are sure, the victory will be yours.

old student, moodubelle Mon, July-28-2014, 8:09
U are right sir. We know u from childhood. Go ahead. God with you
