Puttur: Rovers and Rangers-Orientation Programme

Puttur, 23 Jul 2014: The Rovers and Rangers Unit of St Philomena College organised an edifying camp at Prehrana hall, College campus, here on Saturday July 19.
 
It was an opportunity for the students to have an insight into the origin and the motto of the organisation.
 
Dr Shreesha Kumar, department of Sanskrit, Vivekananda College, here was the resource person. He called upon the unit to practice social service, environment protection and trekking.

 

 
The vice principal Professor Vishnu Bhat presided the function.
 
The Rovers and Rangers director Professor Meenakshi was present at the dais.
 
The Rovers and Rangers Unit director Kalandar Sharif welcomed the gathering.  Rangers leader Aishwarya proposed the vote of thanks. Zareena compered the programme.
