Mangalore: J R Lobo Discusses Minority Devt Works with Union Minister Vincent Pala

Mangalore, 11 Sep 2012: Vincent Pala, minister of state for water resources and minority affairs on his first visit to the city on Sunday September 9 interacted with J R Lobo, Congress member and former MCC commissioner.
J R Lobo held discussions with Pala regarding development plans for the minority community. He also listed out a number of the projects which the city was in need off.
In response, Pala briefed about the steps taken by the government in the interest of north-east students and for the people in the city.
Pala also assured his support to the development plans for minorities.
Mohammed Amin, president of Canara Chamber of Commerce, Roy Castelino, president of Rachana institute, Denis D’Silva, Congress leader, Nazir Bajal, Siddiq, Mohammed Althaf, Rakesh Singh, Sharif Deralakatte among others were present.
