Pamboor: CA Bank bids farewell to Henry Menezes

Pamboor, 06 July 2012: CA Bank Pamboor branch bid farewell to Henry Menezes, upon his retirement. The farewell function was held in the Pamboor Higher Primary School on Thursday 05th July 2012 evening. The dignitaries present on the occasion include CA Bank President Charles Quadros, Former CA Bank President Shivaji Suvarna, Retired Teacher Maurice Noronha, Belle Grama Panchayath Members; Harish Shetty, Shashidhara Wagle, CA Bank Director Rajendra Shetty, Karunakara Karkera, Ivan Dalmeida, Bendedicta Alva, Jaya and others.

 

Henry Menezes was previously working in a Gulf country. After he left Gulf, he joined CA Bank Pamboor as its Manager and served here for 13 years and 3 months and retired now at the age of 60. He has to get retired as per the 60 year age limit for retirement set by the government. He lives along with his wife Jesintha Menezes and daughter Anita Menezes.

 

 

The farewell program began with prayers by the Primary School students. Speaking on the occasion Shivaji Suvarna appreciated Henry Menezes for serving the Bank even with a low salary which is a proud factor. The trust is most important in a branch Officer so that our money will be safe. Because of the trust he shown the branch had developed, he said and wished him well.

 

Charles Quadros in his speech said that, the organization is permanent, but the position is not permanent. He wished Henry Menezes a happy retirement life. The local people spoke with high respect to Henry Menezes, who thanked his for rendering his service for the community through the Bank and wished him well in his future life.

 

Moodubelle CA Banak Manager Narayana Sanil welcomed the guests and gathering. He also compeered the program and proposed vote of thanks.
