Moodubelle: University Committee pleased with the preparations for starting Degree Courses

Moodubelle, 05 June 2012: The Mangalore University Committee comprising of Dr. Parameshwar Bhat, Head of the Department of Mathematics, Dr. Pramitha, Head of the Department of English and Prof. Chandrashekar from the Management Studies visited St. Lawrence College on Tuesday, June 5, 2012 qt 11.30 am to review the preparations for starting the B.A. and B.Com. courses from June 14, 2012.
The Committee visited the college following the submission of the Compliance Report by the Management of the College through the Catholic Board of Education after receiving the sanction from the Karnataka State Government.
The Committee members were received by Rev. Fr. Joswey Fernandes, Correspondent of St. Lawrence Educational Institutions, Commodore Jerome Castelino, Convener of the College Committee and Dr. Eugene D’Souza, Principal. The Committee members went through the documents of the appointment of the lecturers and other infrastructural preparations.
After visiting the classrooms, staffroom, office room, reading room, ladies room and library and meeting the lecturers, the Committee members during an interaction with the Correspondent, Rev. Fr. Joswey Fernandes, Commodore Jerome Castelino and Dr. Eugene D’Souza expressed their happiness with the preparations that have been made in order to start the B.A. and B.Com courses from June 14, 2012 and said that they would strongly recommend to the Mangalore University to grant affiliation to St. Lawrence College, Moodubelle.

| University has to be satisfied....They have Able Principal...Good Staff and Very very good infra structure. They could have stared this college at least 10 Years Back. Anyway it is better late than never. | |
