"Social life and art of living” training camp held at Kaup Vidya Niketana School

Kaup, 22 October 2011: “Social values in India will never be outdated. They are always relevant and alive. Maternal feelings coupled with fraternal feelings; Indian values such as family bonds, hospitality and divine presence in everything they see are well known throughout the world.” These are the words expressed by Mr B. Pundalika Marathe, Shirva, one of the senior staff members of Belmannu St Joseph’s school.  He was delivering a lecture on human values during the “Social life and art of living” training camp held last Tuesday at Kaupu Vidya Niketana Group of Educational Institutions.

 

 

 

 

 

 He also said that high thinking, service to the community, hard work, large heartedness, truth and honesty – these are the qualities one must cultivate in life. If he does that, even while facing difficulties, there is no such thing as defeat in his life. He exhorted the students to get inspirations from the achievements of national as well as international personalities who have excelled in their lives in different fields through hard work.


On the dais present were High School Headmistress Ms Jaya Bharathi, camp organisers and teachers Mr Chetan, Ms U. Prabha. Mr Vidyadhar Puranik, Principal of the Institutions, welcomed and introduced the guests.


Nine groups of the camp attendees visited the representatives in different fields and compiled their reports. Under the guidance of Mr Wilfred Sunil Rodrigues, camp attendee Ms Shanel Pinto visited the office of the group reporter Mr Rakesh Kunjoor and learnt about “Society - News Paper - News Reporter”. During this occasion District Panchayath member Mr Arun Shetty, Padooru and press reporter Mr B. Pundalika Marathe were also present.

This is a very good programme for the youth with human values The art of living with human values as the these contemplates, if imbibed with right sonpirit and followed, it would make the lives of the camp participants, sublime. In that direction the the theme and the contents coverred by the speakers, Mr Marathe and others are very appropriate and good for the participants. The ducational Institutions organising such programmes would build up good citizen for India and to the world.may I call upon others to follow? complimentns to Vidya dayiini Institutions kaup and the people behind it and wish them allthe best.
