Mangaluru: Catholic Sabha organizes workshop on state facilities to people

Mangaluru, 28 Jun 2017: God is dwelling in us. We should have the confidence that I can efficiently do a task and always successful. If we live like India’s top scientist Abdul Kalam who believed each day is mine and we got to be ambitious to lead successful life, said Fr Francis Xavier Gomes, parish priest of Mulky, near here.

 

Fr Gomes was delivering keynote address on info camp on state facilities to all people that was organized by Catholic Sabha Mangaluru Pradesh®, at Sacred Heart parish auditorium, here, on Sunday, June 25.

 

 

Karnataka legislative council chief whip Ivan D’Souza said, ‘One got to be adventurous to achieve something worthwhile in life because that is what it counts.  Everyone has seen the hardships and sufferings, but succeeded owing to hard work,’ said Ivan.

 

Kanara Chamber of Commerce and Industry – Dakshina Kannada president Jeevan Saldanha and Small Industries Association president Henry Britto were felicitated on the same occasion.

 

Suratkal deanery vicar Fr Paul Pinto presided the preogramme.

 

Catholic Sabha – Suratkal spiritual director Fr Alwyn D’Cunha inaugurated the programme. Catholic Sabha Mangaluru Pradesh president Anil Lobo Fermai was the chief guest.

 

Mukka parish priest Fr Norbert Lobo and Tokoor parish priest Fr Peter Fernandes were present.

 

A J Hospital head of forensic department Dr Prakash Monteiro, district Industrial Center assistant director Vivekanand, education expert Professor Ronald Pinto, IMPL – Suratkal HR Rajesh D’Costa, ITI training officer Alwyn D’Cunha were the resource persons.
