Udupi: Sangeeth Premi Pangla Presents Mezmerizing Musical Easter Nite at Shankerpura

Udupi, 18 Apr 2017: A most memorable mind blowing musical extravaganza enthralled the Pangla Parishioner on Easter Night titled "Pask Porab 2017". The mesmerizing Musical program was presented by Sangeeth Premi Pangla and Sennon Productions in association with O.la-re team from Mangalore on Sunday 16th April 2017 at St. John Evangelist Church Pangla grounds.

 

Anil D’Sa a well known singer from Pangla organized this event keeping in mind the love for music of Pangla parishioners. Every year Anil organizes musical program to entertain the parishioners who come attend in large numbers. This year he had invited the greatest singing sensations from Mangalore City who have sung for various konkani CDs and Musical programs. One among them is Ms. Shilpa Cutinha and her husband Stephen Cutinha along with GVOM Fame singer Robin Sequeira, Meera and Elton Nazareth mesmerized and enthralled the large number of audience with their golden voices accompanied by famous singers from Pangla namely Anil D’Sa, Andrew Mathias, Oliver Rebello, Ashmitha and Varun D’Sa (Son of Anil D’Sa).

 

The famous comedy trio Nellu Permannur, Sunil Bajal and Shaun Rodrigues entertained the audience through their rib tickling comedy.

 

The greatest and very famous musician Roshan Angelore and his team Jerome (Bass Guitar), Sanjay (Keyboard), Arthur (Rhythm Guitar) and Ivan (Drums), provided magical music to the singers.

 

The dancing team "Naach Sobhan" entertained with their mind blowing dances to the tunes of wonderful singing of Shilpa, Stephen, Elton, Meera, Anil, Ashmitha and Oliver. It was indeed a most memorable dances by these young dancers surely will be remembered by Pangalites for a long time.

 

Prior to program prayer song was sung by team of ICYM members Pangla. A brief stage program was held wherein the lead singers Shilpa, Stephen, Anil and parish priest of Pangla Fr. Leslie D’Souza along with Mark Vaz (VP Parish Council), Ms. Clara Mendonsa (Secretary, PC) were invited on the dais. On behalf of musical group Stephen Cutinha thanked Fr. Leslie for his total support and encouragement to organize this great musical nite titled "Easter Nite 2017". He also thanked Anil D’Sa for his initiate for the musical nite and esspecially Pangala Parishioners for thier support and attendance in large numbers.

 

Fr. Leslie also spoke on the occasion and said that his support is always guaranteed provided the musical group do not disappoint the music loving parishioners. He also spoke highly of Shilpa, Stephen and other singers and Musicians and he really enjoyed the music and singing of the day.

 

Anil D’Sa proposed the vote of thanks wherein he thanked team O.la.re and all singers, musicians and especially audience.
