Selfless social service gets due recognition - MLA Angara

Puttur, 15 Mar 2017: At the joint aegis of Vidyasri Friends Charitable Trust® and Vishnu Friends, Arlapadav, in association with DK district Amateur Kabaddi Association, flood-lit Kabaddi tournament, Vishnu Trophy – 2017 was held at Panaje School grounds, here on Saturday, March 11.

 

Sullia MLA S Angar after inaugurating the stage programme said, ‘We need to respect the society, in turn we get respect. If we are engaged in selfless service to the society without cheating, healthy society will emerge and we get our due respect, said MLA Angara.

 

 

DK district MP Nalin Kumar Katil said that Kabaddi was once a rural game that is shining in international games.

 

Ramakrishna High School correspondent Hemanath Shetty Kavu said that being apolitical makes an organization to progress quicker. He congratulated both Vidyasri Friends and Vishnu Friends in organizing a major Kabaddi event with inclusivity.
