Mangaluru: Environmentalist Dinesh Holla educates youth on importance of Western Ghats

Mangaluru, 27 Dec 2016: The Red Cross unit of Government First Grade College, Car Street, here organized a program on Trekking and importance of Western Ghats at College auditorium, on Monday, December 26.

 

 

Dinesh Holla, co-ordinator, Sahyadri Sanchaya, Mangaluru offered info to the students about trekking and importance of Western Ghats, its biodiversity and origin of many rivers.

 

The College principal Professor Rajshekar Hebbar C and Youth Red Cross co-ordinator Professor Mahesh K B were present on this occasion.

 

Brahmari welcomed the gathering. Subbhalaxmi proposed the vote of thanks. Medha Bhat compered the program.
