Mangaluru, 29 Nov 2016: PM Narendra Modi-led BJP union government driven the people to the street by banning Rs 1,000 and Rs 5000 currency notes without preplanning, alleged Mangaluru town Congress Committee.
The veteran Congressmen addressing the protesters observing Aakhrosh Diwas, here on Monday, November 28, spoke against PM Modi for his surprise move on demonetization of high value currency notes.
The mayor Harinat inaugurated the mega protest by garlanding the statue of Mahatma Gandhi at Lalbagh Circle.
