Mumbai: Mumbaikars decorate homes to celebrate Deepavali, festival of light

Mumbai, 27 Oct 2016: The financial capital of the nation, Mumbai is decorated as a new bride for the festival of light, Deepavali.

 

 

The Mumbai is the home for people of all over the nation with different cultures, traditions and practices, while the celebration of Deepavali further strengthens the brotherhood.  

 

The homes are illuminated with traditional lamps, sharing sweets and performing pujas to celebrate the Deepavali, from darkness to light.
