Mangaluru: My Teacher My School, short movie set for release on November 14

Mangaluru, 27 Oct 2016: Fr Nelson D’Almeida is ready with yet another short film. Last time, it was My Country My Life and this time it is My teacher My School. This film brings out a good rapport with teachers and students. This film invites every student to recall their student-life and remain ever grateful to their teachers for their selfless service.
The purpose of the film is to create awareness among the students especially to respect and remain grateful to their teachers and also school which is a place of nurturing good human nature and values. It inspires each student to realize the motherly role played by the teachers. It will help them to cherish the values they learnt from the teachers as well as the environment they had for such values.
The key role in the film played by tiny tot Dolwia D’Souza, Class II student of St Theresa School, Bendore, here and the teacher role played by Jasmine Moreira of the same school. There are 52 teachers and 350 students who played various roles in the short film.
Bishop Dr Aloysius Paul D’Souza of Mangaluru will release the short film release at St Theresa Convent School, Bendore, here on November 14 at 9.30am.
Sr Mariette BS, secretary, Bethany Educational Society, Bendore, Karnatala legislative assembly chief whip MLC Ivan D’Souza, Fr Joseph Martis, Rector of St Joseph Seminary, Jeppu and Sr Premitha BS, principal of St Theresa School, Bendore, here will be the chief guests of the programme.
