Mumbai: Billawar Association youth wing organizes Indoor Sports Meet

Mumbai, 04 Oct 2016: The youth wing of Billawar Association Mumbai® organized indoor sports meet at Billawa Bhavan, Santacruz (East) here on Sunday, October 2.

 

Pramod Karkera, young entrepreneur from Vashi, Navi Mumbai was the chief guest of the occasion.

 

 

Both Pramod and the Association vice president Dr U Dhananjay Kumar inaugurated the daylong sports meet here on Sunday morning.

 

Bharat Bank director Suryakant J Suvarna and Billawar Association – Malad president Santosh Poojary were the guests of honor.

 

Jaya Poojary and Harish Poojary were the referees of the indoor games – chess, carom and table tennis, rangoli and drawing.

 

Dr  U Dhanajay Kumar presided the prize distribution programme here on Sunday evening.

 

Bharat Bank director Gangadhar J Poojary, Association vice president Shankar D Poojary, honorary treasurer Mahesh C Poojary distributed the prizes to the winners.

 

The youth wing president Nilesh Palimar welcomed the gathering. Association honorary general secretary Dharmapal G Anchan compered the programme. Sadasiva A Karkera proposed vote of thanks.
