Muhurtham of Tele serial Karunapalaka Santha Maria Vianney

Mangaluru, 28 April 2016: The muhurtham of Tele serial ‘Karunapalaka Santha Maria Vianney’ was held at St. Antony’s Ashram, Jeppu, Mangaluru. 

 

Rt. Rev. Msgr Denis Prabhu, Vicar General of Mangaluru diocese presided over the program and blessed the script of the serial.

 

 

V.Rev. Sr Rita Vas UFS, Provincial of Mangalore province, V.Rev Maxim L Noronha, Vicar Vara of Bantwal Varado, Rev.Fr Onil D’Souza, Director, St. Antony’s Ashram, Rev. Fr Stany Monteiro parish priest, Bambil and producer of the serial, Mr. Gerald Veigas, secretary, Bambil parish, and Vinod Gangolli the director of the serial were present on the occasion.

 

Msgr Denis Prabhu congratulated Fr. Stany Monteiro and the whole team for this unique venture and wished all success for this project. Sr. Rita Vas, Fr. Onil D’Souza and Fr. Maxim D’Souza appreciated the initiative of Daivik Sparsh Adoration Group for using the media as a powerful tool for evangelization.

 

Vinod Gangolli, director of the serial delivered the keynote address. Fr. Peter Gonsalves Asst. Director. St. Antony’s Ashram welcomed and Fr Stany Monteiro thanked all. Felita Rodrigues compared the program.

 

Karunapalaka Santha Maria Vianney is a biopic based on the biography of  St. John Maria Vianney. The script and the screen play is written by Rev.Dr. Ronald Serrao, professor, St. Joseph’s Seminary, Mangalore and will be telecasted as a tele serial. This serial is produced by Daivik Sparsh Adoration Group, Bambil, Under the guidance of Fr. Stany Monteiro.
