Rohan Corporations Ventura inaugurated at Bejai

Mangaluru, 26 Nov 2015: “Under the able leadership of CREDAI the builders and developers of Mangaluru are doing a marvellous job” said Rajyasabha member and former central minister for highways and road transport Sri Oscar Fernandes here in Mangaluru. He was speaking after inaugurating the 19 th project of Rohan Corporation VENTURA at bejai. The project is a joint venture of Rohan Corporation and Global star Realters Pvt Ltd owned by Sri M N Rajendra kumar.

 

Mr Fernandes further said, “The builders and developers of Mangaluru reduced the load of Mangaluru City Corporation by providing basic amenities to the citizens at the same time increased work for the corporation to maintain them”.

 

 

Terming Mangaluru as the Rome of East Mr Fernandes applauded the natural beauty of Coastal City Mangaluru surrounded by sea and mountains. He congratulated Rohan for his decision to extend his construction activities to rural areas so that citizens living in rural areas may get better amenities in future.

 

Rev Fr Santhosh Kamth SJ invoked blessings in his usual style ’Loka samasta sukino bhavantu’….. and Parish Priest of St Francis Xavier Church Bejai Rev Fr Wilson V D’souza accompanied him. The prayer service included the reading from holy gospel and singing of Laudate in full gusto.

 

Mrs Blossom Fernandes, Ron Rodrigues from UK, D B Mehta, President of CREDAI, Mangaluru Chapter, Mr Prakash Salian, Local corporator, Mr Megharaj son of Sri M N Rajendra Kumar were present on the dias.

 

Ventura which means big fortune is the 19th completed project of Rohan Corporation, which consists of 56 residential apartments and 6000 sq ft, commercial space spread across 8 floors, ground and 2 basement floors. The complex has ultramodern amenities and ample space for parking.

 

Speaking on the occasion loacal corporator Mr Prakash Salian said, "Ventura is very near to the newly inaugurated Bejai market and the market will be shifted to the new premises before 5th of December.

 

Mr D B Mehta, President of CREDAI Mangaluru Chapter utilised the opportunity for giving a clarion call to the senior congress leaders present on the occasion to look into the issues pertaining to the new subregistrars office which shifted recently to Mini Vidhana saudha. He said “the subregistrar office is only 800 sq ft and located on the 3rd floor of Mini Vidhana saudha which do not have elevator facility. Builders and developers of Mangaluru city and taluk pay more than 100 crore rupees as stamp duty every year. But there is no parking space, no sitting arrangement, no washrooms and other basic facilities at the new subregistrars office. It is very inconvienient to senior citizens as well as differently abled persons to reach the subregistrars office located on 3rd floor". Congratulating Rohan Corporation and Global star Realters Pvt Ltd, both of which are CREDAI members  Mr Mehta said he is thankful to the citizens for the trust entrusted on CREDAI and the CREDAI members for living upto the expectations to the citizens.

 

On the occasion Structural Engineer Anil Hedge of Anil Vimal Associates, Architects Suresh Kumar of SK Associates, Contractors Mr Mahabala and Mr Mohan of M M Consrtuctions. Site Manager Ravi Kumar, Electrical and Plumbing Contractors of Suvarna Electricals were felicitated with fruit basket, shawl, flower and mementos.
