Mangaluru: MCC Bank convenes AGM; announces 12% dividend

Mangaluru, 23 Sep 2015: Mangalore Catholic Co-operative (MCC) Bank Limited convened its ninety-seventh annual general body meeting at Milagres Jubilee Hall here on Sunday September 20.

 

 

MCC Bank chairman Francis Coutinho in his presidential address said, ’All the 16 branches have recorded profit and the bank has earned a net profit of Rs 219.28 lac, with the total deposit of Rs28434.20 lac, total reserves of Rs 2621.99 lac, advances of Rs 14564.29 lac, working capital of Rs32575.09 lac and share capital of Rs 784.28 lac.’ Meanwhile, Francis Coutinho announced 12 percent dividend to the shareholders.

 

Further the financials of 2014-15 and programme for the financial year 2015-16 was presented before the AGM and approved. It was also decided to include the amendments made to the Co-operative Act and rules in the By-Law of the bank and approved at the AGM.

 

Vice chairman Alwyn Patrao, directors – D J Patrao, Jerald J D’Silva, Denis D’Souza, Andrew D’Souza, Melwyn C D’Souza, Veronica J Pinto, Anil Lobo, Kishore D’Silva, Marcel D’Souza, Raymond Monteiro, Severine Lobo, Herald Fernandes, Stephen Pinto, general manager incharge Sunil Menezes were present at the dais.
