Mangaluru: Kapikad Lower Ward toppers of Cooking without Fire competition at Bejai parish

Mangaluru, 15 Jul 2015: The Indian Catholic Youth Movement (ICYM) unit of St Francis Xavier parish, Bejai here organized an Inter-ward Cooking without Fire competition at the parish hall on Sunday July 12 from 10.30am to 12.45pm.

 
Twenty-three groups from 11 wards participated in this event which saw a wide variety of dishes presented with various taste, color and festivity.

 
Professor Annette Florence, principal of Srinivas College of Hotel Management, Mangaluru,  Lester Madtha, lecturer of Laxmi Memorial College of Hotel Management, Mangaluru and  Prashant Prabhu, vice principal of Vijayalaxmi  Institute of Hospitality Sciences, Mangaluru were the jurors of competitions.
