Udupi: Yoga camp under way at St Mary’s College, Shirva

Udupi, 09 June 2015: Yoga does wonders for degree students in their college reopening, to maintain agility of mind and body, to focus on achieving specific objective and for all round wellbeing. Yoga is essential to have positive mental attitude, to maintain inner peace and achieve spiritual bliss, said St Mary’s College principal Professor Rajan V N.
Professor Rajan was speaking during ten-day Yoga camp that was organized by St Mary’s College, Shirva, here from June 5 to June 15. It was organized by the leadership of 21 Karnataka battalion NCC, the College NSS unit, NCC, Rovers and Rangers.
Patanjali Yoga instructor Anantaraya Shenoy, Yoga instructors N Radhakrishna Prabhu and Shivaram Shetty were the chief guests of the occasion.
Anantaraya held the Patanjali Yoga camp that was actively attended by senior NSS unit, St Mary’s PU College NCC, NSS, Rovers and Rangers.
