Beltangady: Indian Kabaddi captain Mamata Poojary visits RUDSET, Dharmastala

Beltangady, 09 June 2015: Rural Development and Self Employment Training (RUDSET) Institute is the brainchild of Dr Veerendra Heggade has empowered rural poor to achieve self sufficiency and also promoted women to become self reliant, said Indian women cricket captain – Arjun and Ekalavya Award recipient Mamata Poojary.
Mamata was speaking during the valedictory function of fashion designing training for women while on her visit to RUDSET, Ujire, here on Tuesday June 9. Mamata distributed the certificates to the trainees on the occasion.
RUDSET director Ajit K Rajannavar was present.
RUDSET teacher Abraham James welcomed the gathering. Anasuya compered the programme.
Twenty-five women candidates attended the fashion designing training.
