Mumbai: Rich tributes paid to metropolitan chief fire officer Sudhir Amin

Mumbai, 24 May 2015: The condolence meeting was held at Narayan Guru auditorium of Billawar Association®, Santacruz (East) here, for the recently demised Sudhir G Amin, deputy chief fire officer of metropolitan fire brigade who passed away fighting in the accidental fire in a building located at Kalbadevi here on May 14. Sudhir hailed from Daddody, near Nitte, Karkal taluk of Dakshina Kannada district.
Billawar Association president Nityanand D Kotian, Bharat Co-operative Bank past president V R Kotian, Billawar Association published Akshaya – Kannada monthly honorary editor M B Kukyan and other Billawa leaders paid homage to the departed soul of chief fire officer Sudhir Amin.
Sudhir Amin was one among honest fire officer decorated with awards from Indian President, PM, Governor and Maharashtra CM. Billawar Association felicitated Sudhir for his exemplary service a few years ago.

The Association honorary general secretary Dr U Dhananjay Kumar compered the programme.
