Udupi/M’Belle: Canara Bank shifted to new premises for the convenience of customers

Udupi/M’Belle, 22 May 2015: Canara Bank, one of the earliest banks to serve the people of Moodubelle and surrounding regions that was functioning from the first floor of Belle Towers building was recently shifted to the ground floor of the newly constructed building owned by Albert Martis for the convenience of hundreds of customers.

 

The elegantly furnished spacious branch of the Canara Bank was inaugurated on Monday, 11 May 2015 at 10 am by K.S. Acharya, Assistant General Manager, Mangalore Circle. The Safe Deposit Lockers section was inaugurated by Philip Castelino, one of the esteemed customers of the Canara Bank, an NRI from USA.

 

 

The inauguration function of the new premises of the Canara Bank was  attended by Rajendra Shetty, President of Belle Grama Panchayat,  Devdas Hebbar, member of the Udupi Taluk Panchayat, Mrs. Ida Gibba D’Souza, member of the Udupi Zilla Panchayat, Albert Martis and retired teachers-Benedict Barboza (Benny Master), P.D Kamath and other customers of Canara Bank.

 

The staff of the Canara Bank including Prabhakar G, Manager and other staff members-U.M. Puthraya, Mrs. Shanta Kumari, Mrs. Vatsala Shetty, Melwyn Monteiro, Victor Mathias and Mrs. Jyalakshmi were present.
